Graves' Disease Kitchen Pantry Tour with Jaclyn

This is Jaclyn here, Co-Owner of Habit, Nutrition Coach, Thyroid Expert and 500 HR Yoga Instructor, and Medical Reiki Master. I wanted to share my Graves' Disease story with you and provide you with a kitchen tour, tips to thrive with chronic illness, and food tips that helped me to restore my vitality and health. Graves's disease is an autoimmune hyperthyroid disease, which can cause symptoms of; irritability, time lapse, weight loss, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, depression, enlarged heart, and rapid heart rate. Corona Virus Prevention Strategies to Consider

Did you know that only 70% of the population wash their hands after using the toilet? Gross, I know! A recent study published, examined how often and how well people washed their hands in 10 of the world's leading airports. Only 20% of people in these airports had clean hands. Of those who do wash, only half do it correctly - using both soap and water for at least 15 seconds. If we can raise the percentage of those with clean hands from 20% to 60% we could reduce the global spread of disease by a whopping 70 percent!
You can also choose to boost your immunity by eating healthy whole foods and taking high quality immune supporting supplements. In addition, sleep and relaxation is important, so find some practices that resonate with you like meditation, yoga and getting outdoors.
